Conversational Capacity is a discipline that borrows from research in neuroscience, human factors, emotional intelligence, mindfulness, cognitive behavioural therapy, leadership studies, and management science.  

 

We equip individuals and teams to enhance their ability to constructively discuss difficult subjects in challenging circumstances. Our fun, short, and interactive workshops share the powerfully simple Conversational Capacity® framework. Participants are guided through three domains of practice— Awareness, Mindset, and Skillset—gaining the competencies and practices to make every interaction smarter and more effective.
