Business today is becoming more and more competitive and complex. If you thought change was fast before, it is only going to get faster and people in authority positions are required to develop greater leadership capabilities to deal with the increasing complexities of their role.
We support people in positions of responsibility develop their capacity to practice real leadership – addressing both the routine and non routine challenges they face.
We target leadership development at three levels:
Our approach to leadership development is based on proven leadership theory and 15+ years of consulting to industry. Our work is heavily influenced by the emerging field of adaptive leadership from Harvard University where leadership is viewed as a practice, not a role. This work has enabled us to support the delivery of Dean Williams’s (Harvard Professor, Centre for Public Leadership) Social Leadership Singapore Program (2009, 2010).

Design and delivery of application based leadership workshops
These workshops are designed to develop the capabilities defined in your leadership framework. They cover proven managerial and leadership concepts, tools and techniques and range from 2-5 day intensive programs through to integrated development programs over 6-12 months covering classroom, 1-2-1 coaching and workplace application projects. These programs are delivered using a range of highly engaging delivery techniques by very experienced, passionate facilitators
Our coaching programs are anchored back to what matters to you. We have social and credible coaches that accelerate the rapport building process enabling the ‘coachee’ to go deeper into discovery and self assessment, achieving realisation and actions faster than thought possible. We use proven learning, performance coaching and change methodologies that provide rigour , depth and result – fast.
