Brendan Croucher

Brendan has worked in the organisational development field for over 16 years and is committed to working closely with his clients to help them identify their most pressing challenges and then help them build leadership and team capability to address those challenges.

His approach is heavily influenced by the seminal work by Harvard Emeritus professor Chris Argyris and Harvard professor Ron Heifetz.

Prior to becoming a director of Footbridge, Brendan owned BC Consulting, was Boeing Australia’s first Organisational Development manager, and worked with Prospect Consulting.

Outside of his work with Footbridge, Brendan is devoted to his work with RSPCA Queensland.

He holds a degree in Education and a Masters in Human Resources.

Brendan Croucher and Steven Weston are the founders and managing partners of Footbridge Consulting.

Steve Weston

Steve is a deeply experienced and committed Change Management Consultant with over 17 years experience in delivering successful large scale, performance improvement and cultural change programmes for known, multi-national corporations in Australia, Asia and Europe.


The balanced connectivity of Steve’s skills allows him to work with organisations requiring a substantial cultural shift in their operating model to achieve demanding performance challenges. Where complex, deep‐rooted organisational problems need to be unpicked and worked through.

Before becoming director of Footbridge Consulting Steve worked for SPLASH Consulting, Logica Consulting and Prospect Consulting. He holds a MBA, Grad Dip of Business specialising in People Management and a Bachelor of Teaching.

When not working he enjoys exploring the outdoors with his partner and little boy often heading for the waves or mountains to get his outdoor sporting fix.

Andrew Murray

Andrew has 25+ years of experience designing, delivering & facilitating organisational and team development programs.  He is passionate about the work he does and his story telling engages participants to explore their own learnings.  His work involves Team Effectiveness, Leadership Development,  Coaching to Executive Leadership through to front line supervisors, building sustainable high performance culture / Teams and designing & delivering rope & rescue training to Emergency Rescue Teams.

When not at work I like being active outdoors bushwalking, kayaking, or mountain bike riding with my family.



Cameron Wyatt

Cameron is an experienced consultant with over 20 years’ work centered around his passion for developing Personal and Organisational Resilience. His experience and skills set centers around Organisation Development, Team and Leadership Development (incorporating Safety Leadership Principals) and he has designed and delivered hundreds of customized interventions, development and change programs for a broad range of business sectors mainly mining.


Kym Lincoln

Kym is an engaging consultant and facilitator with a background in psychology and highly experienced in the field of cognitive and behaviour safety.  She helped build an international company which pioneered Cognitive Behavioural Safety and is continually exploring new cognitive and neuroscience research to help stimulate people to think differently about safety and to better themselves and the people they work with.   She has delivered multiple coaching and whole group facilitated workshops on leadership, workplace culture and safety in mining and a range of other diverse industries.


Vanessa Dodd

Vanessa is a consulting psychologist with over a decade of experience in the mining and resources sector designing and delivering Cognitive Behavioural Safety and Leadership Programs, executive coaching and team building programs.  Her facilitation skills are second to no-one and connects with individual and groups to achieve desired outcomes from workforce level through to executives.  

Outside work I have a passion for endurance sports be it trail running, marathons or participating in ironman events (and spending time with loved ones!)




Jeff Stitt

 

Jeff Stitt is an experienced program manager and dynamic facilitator who has led performance improvement and change programs in the resources industry for 22 years. His expertise includes; supporting business leaders to develop business cases, conducting cost and constraints analyses associated with process optimisation initiatives, creating flow and streamlining processes, developing implementation plans and deploying programs that engage the workforce and deliver results. He has extensive experience generating tangible benefits with LEAN and Six Sigma improvement methodologies within Anglo American, Idemitsu, Rio Tinto and Shell
